You can sign up by either using your email address, Google account or Facebook account. It is less hassle to sign up with your Google or Facebook account as you do not enter any details. To sign up, click on Log in icon on the top right of the home page.

What are the benefits of signing up to Pay Laterz and adding my business?

By adding your business to the Pay Laterz directory, you are helping your business being found in the paylaterz.com directory and google searches, and informing customers of products or services you offer with buy now pay later options.

What are the benefits of signing up to Pay Laterz as a user?

By signing up on Pay Laterz, you will join the online community which allows you to save your own favourite places, adding reviews and receiving the latest news on deals. You will also have access to your business page manager, if you have added or claimed one.

Is it free to add my business to the Pay Laterz directory?

Yes. We support businesses and the broader community to benefit from the practical advantages of buy now pay later options. We offer businesses free access and membership to list their business or multiple businesses on paylaterz.com. Businesses have the option to pay for extra listing features and advertising.

Is my business eligible to be on paylaterz.com?

To be eligible, your business must:
  1. Provide a buy now pay later option for selling your products or service. The buy now pay later options include AfterPay, Zip, OpenPay, Latitude Pay, Lay Buy, Humm, Split It or Klarna.
  2. Must be a registered business inside the designated country or state of Australia

I found my business listing on paylaterz.com, but how do I manage the page details?

Step 1. Have you found and claimed your business listing? Yes, go to step 2. No, go to step 3.

Step 2. If you have claimed your business listing, you can log in and update your information in the business page manager. From the home page, click on the top right user icon and follow the log in instructions.

Step 3. If you found your business listing, but haven’t claimed it, you will not be able to update it. You must first claim the business listing. To do this, select the “Claim this business” button found on the business listing page and follow the prompts. You will be notified of your claims success via email within 48 hours.

How do I add all my business locations on Pay Laterz?

Once you have registered and added your head office/store business listing and selected ‘multiple locations’, you have two different methods to load multiple locations.

  • Select the fields that have the same values across all businesses then add a handful of physical locations, you can add each location and unique business name from the business page manager
  • For many physical locations (franchise group), you can upload a spreadsheet (csv file) containing all of the businesses and their locations.

How can I advertise with Pay Laterz?

Pay Laterz provides businesses the opportunity to advertise their promotions on the home page and business listing pages (excludes premium business listings). The advertising is a month-to-month service with options for the amount of impressions seen. Visit the advertising page to find out more.

How do I add my business to the Pay Laterz directory?

Pay Laterz has loaded thousands of businesses into the directory to make it easier for your business to be seen from the start by customers.
If you have found your business on paylaterz.com, all you need to do is register and then claim your business to start managing your listing. If you did not find your business, then you can simply register and create a new business listing.

To add or claim your business on paylaterz.com, click on the ‘List Your Business’ button on the home page.

Once added or claimed, your business listing may take up to 48 hours before it is visible or accessible. You will be notified via email when your listing is live and or if your claim is successful.

Note: It is important that you add all the information requested, including the description, location, contacts, social tags, images, features, categories and business logo to assist users finding your business and product/service, and contacting your store/office/website.

In addition the information you provide will be indexed by search engines.

What are the business listing rules on paylaterz.com ?

When entering information on the business listing, be mindful of these rules:
  • The business name is the Trading Name, that is displayed on your store, office sign or website. Eg. Melbourne City Dentist. Do not use formal business names. eg. Melbourne City Dentist Pty Ltd.
  • The business name must be typed in title case (which in most instances means each word starts with a capital and the rest of the word is lowercase) for easy readability and searching. eg. Harry’s Shoes. Do not use ‘HARRY’S shoes’, ‘HARRY SHOES’ or ‘**no.1 Harry’s $hoes**’ etc.
  • You must enter an address to help determine search criteria. For online businesses, you must still add your address for eligibility purposes.

Why isn't my business listing showing up in search results?

For paylaterz.com search results, new business listing submissions will take up to 48hrs before they are visible.

For search engine results (Google, Bing), your business listing may not appear until a few days or up to 6 weeks, depending on the search engine frequency of indexing paylaterz.com. This process is independent of paylaterz.com and controlled by the search engines.

Updating business listing information

How do I update or edit my business details?

Once you have created or claimed a business listing, you can login in at any time to make changes to your listing through your Business Page Manager. Within the Business Page Manager you can edit all of your business details, including adding images and business logo.

Why has the change to my business name been declined?

Your business name is an important key to how your listing is found. For the change to be declined means our team was unable to verify the change of name.
The next step is to contact support directly via support@paylaterz.com with the following information in the email message:
One official document showing the new business name and current address (this excludes invoices from other businesses, word documents or extracted information from the public ASIC or ABR website as verification)
Any documents that you send us will remain strictly confidential. We recommend you crop out any sensitive information including financial statements etc.
Once we have received this information, we’ll get back to you by email as soon as possible.

I've created a new ad. Why can’t I see it in the directory or on my business listing page?

Once ads are created, it may take up to 12hrs to approve. Visibility to your ads on the site may also depend on how many other ads are active and how often you refresh the page. You can check your ad dashboard analytics to understand the status and the amount of impressions delivered.

How is my business listing found in paylaterz.com search?

Your business can be found from the paylaterz.com search that looks for matching details of the business title, description, category or tags, against the location. Online business search does not require a location to deliver search results.

What should I do if I find a duplicate business listing for my business?

  1. Duplications can sometimes happen for various reasons. eg. change of business ownership However, it can be easily fixed by contacting support@paylaterz.com with the following information:
  2. Your name
  3. Your business name
  4. Your business address
  5. Proof of business ownership. Eg scanned utility bill, letter from ASIC or any other document that confirms your business name and current address.
  6. The link to your business page
  7. The link to the duplicated business page
  8. Corrections required including: business name, address, phone number, and website address.
Pay Laterz support will endeavour to get back you as soon as possible.

How do I resize and upload my logo or photos?

The page listing will display your images without altering the proportions (eg. square, landscape or portrait). Any size alterations to your images must be done prior to adding them to your business listing. File size limitations are noted at the import stage.

To upload images log into your Pay Laterz account and enter the ‘Manage Listing’ page, select the business listing and follow the prompts to upload logo and images.

Why don’t search engines show changes that I have made to my business listing?

Any changes to your business listing may not appear until a few days or up to 6 weeks, depending on the search engine frequency of indexing paylaterz.com. This process is independent of paylaterz.com and controlled by the search engines.

Claiming my business listing

How do I claim and register as the owner of a business already listed on Pay Laterz?

If your business is already on Pay Laterz and it has not been claimed yet, you will able to see the ‘Claim this business’ button highlighted on the business page below the business logo.

To claim the business, click on the ‘Claim this business’ button and follow the prompts to register. You will be notified of your claim success within 48 hours via email.

To assist your claim, please use the same email address associated with your business domain name (eg. info@essendon-dentist.com.au )

Why is the 'claim this business’ button not available on my listing?

This is because your business listing has already been claimed.

There are a couple of possible reasons you may consider:

  1. Someone in your business claimed the listing on your behalf.
  2. You are the new business owner, and the previous business owners claimed the business.

For scenario #1, please check with your office/store and staff to see if somebody has the login information such as Marketing, Sales or Admin.

For scenario #2, if you are now the owner of the business and are new to Pay Laterz, please contact support@paylaterz.com with the following information:

  1. Your name
  2. Your business name
  3. Your business address
  4. Proof of business ownership. Eg scanned utility bill, letter from ASIC or any other document that confirms your business name and current address.
  5. The link to your business page
  6. The link to the duplicated business page
  7. Corrections required including: business name, address, phone number, and website address.

Pay Laterz support will endeavour to get back you as soon as possible.

I forgot which email address I use to login and manage my business listing. How can I gain access?

Please contact support@paylaterz.com and supply the details of your business. You will then be provided instructions on how to gain access.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

You can reset your password by following the link on the login page labelled ‘Forgot passwords?’
Follow the prompts and you will receive an email notification on how to reset your password. Make sure you check your junk folder or spam filter.

My business is now under new management. How can I let Pay Laterz know?

If you are taking over an existing business listed, or selling your business listed on Pay Laterz, please contact support@paylaterz.com and we’ll help make the changes.
If the listing is not yet claimed, please follow the advice on how to claim a business.
Tip: For new management, please be aware of existing reviews and comments which may need to be addressed, and identify in the description of the change of management.

My request to list my business on Pay Laterz was declined or halted. What should I do?

For either reason, please contact us at support@paylaterz.com. Include your:

  1. full name
  2. business name
  3. address
  4. phone number
  5. website address

Removing / Deleting my listing

My business has ceased trading and will no longer be open. How do I delete / remove my listing?

If your business has ceased trading and closed permanently, we can remove it from Pay Laterz.
Please contact support@paylaterz.com and include any document supporting your claim that the business is not trading anymore.
If your request to remove your listing has been denied, it is because we couldn’t verify that your business has ceased trading on the Business Registry or the ASIC website.
If your business is still active after confirmation from Pay Laterz, please contact support@paylaterz.com

My business trading name and details have changed. What do I do?

If your business trading name has changed, you can notify support to authorise the update to your existing listing. Contact support directly via support@paylaterz.com with the following information in the email message: One official document showing the new business name and current address (this excludes invoices from other businesses, word documents or extracted information from the public ASIC or ABR website as verification) Any documents that you send us will remain strictly confidential. We recommend you crop out any sensitive information including financial statements etc. Once we have received this information, we’ll get back to you by email as soon as possible. Managing my Premium listing payments

How are payments made?

Pay Laterz uses Stripe for all financial transactions. When you are directed to setup a payment option for your Premium listing, Stripe will process your credit card details and thereafter process payments on a monthly frequency. All transactions will be saved in your Manage Listing page. If you have any further questions, please email us at support@paylaterz.com

How do I change my payment details?

Pay Laterz uses Stripe for all financial transactions. After you have cancelled your subscription it will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
